FEI is delighted to host Jennie McLaughlin, a global authority on Purpose-led growth strategy and execution and Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) as our next guest speaker. Research has shown that bringing a sense of meaning to work is positively correlated with workforce performance, health and wellbeing, resilience, engagement and energy -- and it reduces attrition. It's no surprise, therefore, that global leaders are seeking to ensure that organisational purpose is backed by action and not just ambition.
Jennie has worked with over 100 organisations -- global multinationals, start-ups and large not-for-profits -- to help define and authentically activate purpose. Her clients include BHP, Westpac, Telstra, Australian Payment Plus, HESTA, KiwiBank and YMCA.
Prior to founding her consulting enterprise Purpose-led Transformation in 2021, Jennie was a Partner at EY for 5 years working as a strategic advisor to Boards and CEOs across Oceania. Today she helps corporates and social entrepreneurs to become sustainably impactful through brining their Purpose to life.
